Return Policy:

To initiate a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. The part is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  2. The part is not electrical/electronic in nature.
  3. The part is unopened if it bears a sticker indicating it’s non-returnable once opened.
  4. The part is not a “special order item.”
  5. The part does not have a notation in the parts notes/description indicating it’s not returnable.
  6. The part has not been installed, used, disassembled, or altered in any way.
  7. The part is complete, with no missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
  8. The part is returned in its original packaging and is in resalable condition.

Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and follow our Return Procedure.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including those marked as “non-returnable,” custom-built orders, and custom wheels & tires packages.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are acceptable within 30 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to avail of the warranty period.
  2. A restocking fee of 20% applies to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
