1. Our warranty period starts from 90 days, 6-Months and extended warranty options till 5-Years.

2. Our warranty covers the Replacement or Repair and Return of any part of this product that proves to be factory defective within your warranty period.

3. This warranty is for free labor for the replacement of defective parts from the factory and is sole discretion of the seller.

4. The use of filters or the oil or the spare parts must be used according to the specifications recommended by the company.

5. This warranty does not extend to incidents arising from accidental circumstances or mistreatment. Also, replacements or repairs resulting from aggressive usage of equipment (Racing, Drifting) as well as damage or accidents due to negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance and faulty usage of this equipment, or non-good running condition

6. This warranty is null and void if the product has been tampered with by non-factory authorized technicians or servicemen, or if the factory serial numbers have been changed or removed or altered in any manner.

7. This warranty does not cover normal service costs after your warranty period.

8. In the event of a warranty claim, an Engine and Transmission Diagnostic Report is required from an ASE Certified Automotive facility. An Engine and Transmission Diagnostic Report can be sent to you or your ASE Certified Automotive facility if a diagnostic report is not available.

Engine Installation Guidance:

To ensure the validity of your warranty, please follow these essential steps before/during installation:

Drainand replaceEngine and Transmission oils to manufacturer-suggestedlevels.

• Replace oil, air, and fuel filters.
• Replace valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, rear main seals, timing gears, thermostat chains or belts, t, and gaskets.
• Flush the cooling system and refill it to the proper level.
• Install new spark plugs, wires, belts, and hoses.
• Failure to provide proof of these steps will unfortunately void the warranty provided by your dedicated auto store.

Transmission Installation Guidance:

For proper transmission installation, please adhere to these guidelines:

• Regularly flush the transmission cooler.
• Inspect the flex plate, driveshaft, and converter before installation.
• Ensure the converter is correctly installed.
• Verify shifter adjustment.
• Confirm that transmission cooler lines are not kinked.
• Refrain from using Teflon tape on cooler fittings.
• Properly fill transmission fluid and avoid overfilling.
• Re-torque oil pan bolts.
• Run the transmission with care.
• Replace the transmission filter after initial use.

9. Engine or Transmission warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheels, etc.

10. For Diesel Engines: We do not cover injectors, high-pressure oil pumps, high-pressure fuel injectors, or any other part that is not part of the core Engine and Transmission as defined above.

11. Any Engine or Transmission that are returned not in the same assembled condition as it was received will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the Engine and Transmission or transmission is disassembled in any way without our express written authorization it will void the warranty.

12. Engine and Transmissions are guaranteed against rod knock and excessive smoking. All we are charging for, and all our customers are paying for, is the block assembly with heads. We leave other parts attached for your convenience and to make installation easier. These accessory parts are not warranted. Long blocks are sold with the understanding that any headwork is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the complexity of today's automobiles, there may be certain changes needed when installing an Engine and Transmission. Miles are not certified on any used parts. The warranty is void if the Engine and Transmission run hot or if heat tabs are

It's not the seller's responsibility for improper installation or usage after the time of purchase seller is not liable for and purchaser waives all claims for consequential damages that result from the sale of the above parts including, but not limited to labor charges to install or remove the parts, loss of income, wages or salary , or car rental charges. buyer's sole remedy against the seller shall be a return of the price on the front side of their invoice or an exchange of a replacement part if timely returned to the seller. there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of their invoice. Any expense incurred is the responsibility of the customer.

14. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by a customer invoice and aresubject to a 20% restocking fee.

15. No Refunds will be issued due to Shipping Damage or Broken Items if not reported within 48 Hours.

16. If you were charged a core fee, you will not be refunded if there are cracks or holes in the block or head if the Engine and Transmissions are disassembled or if not returned within 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the core back. All Core Shipping costs are your responsibility.

17. All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by the buyer for defects or safety hazards. The seller states that it in no way guarantees or warrants using merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety Hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.

18. 20% Handling charge on all returns plus freight charges both ways for orders returned that were correctly filled. Shipping charges are not refunded.

19. If the Engine or Transmission are damaged at the time of delivery, any damage MUST be listed on the Bill of Lading that the Freight Company has. There are no refunds if damages are not listed on the Bill of Lading.

20. It is the customer's responsibility to know and order the exact part needed with the 17-digit VIN.
